CALFLO begins with a unique formulation of advanced base stocks plus specialty additives. Utilizing the patented HT process, Petro-Canada removes the impurities and irritants that are common to other heat transfer fluids.
The result is the CALFLO family of advanced fluids for liquid phase applications between 326° C (620° F) and - 40° C (- 40° F), in both open and closed systems. There are four formulations to meet the performance, environmental, health and safety needs of a wide range of processing applications.
Petro-Canada also offers two complementary products:

They are non-toxic, and help to remove hazardous controlled substances, which offset related environmental, worker health and safety issues. They also eliminate waste disposal costs, while achieving cleaner system operation and improved heat transfer.
